Problems
with your Purchase
Have you ordered your one of our products and
not
received it yet?
Here is a list of problems
that might be the reason for
any delays:
Wrong Email Address -
You gave the wrong email
address for your order and
we have no way to contact
you. This is why you need to
fill out the forms
completely before you submit
or send them.
No contact info -you sent us the money
but it's not enough and we have no return
address.
Insufficient Funds -
Your money order did not
clear the bank.
We have not received your
payment - You might have
mailed it to the wrong
address.
Your funds haven't posted
to your account - It
takes 2 days after we
receive your payment for
your funds to post.

Your
connection may have failed
before you activated your
account. - Some of the
big ISP's will disconnect
you when the volume of users
gets to high and this can
happen while trying to
install your Username and
Password. This can be
remedied quickly by emailing
the address below and the
problem will be solved
shortly.
